Scope and Contents: Copy of typescript letter from Isabelle Stover on behalf of Beatrix Farrand to James Bryce tells him an enclosed bulb order should go to Oregon Bulb Farms. The Narcissi bulbs are for both Dumbarton Oaks and Mildred Bliss. The Bliss order was heartily approved by John Thacher. Also enclosed with the letter was a copy of an order that was sent to George Lawler for tulips next season. Bryce is to let Stover know at once if something needs to be changed on the order. Changes to order in pencil increased order to 925 bulbs. Written in pencil: "Explain to Bryce that some of these "extras" & make a separate list of them are for Mrs. Bliss's house - with Mr. Thacher's hearty agreement".
